When you mix your waste together, it is no longer possible to utilize the raw materials for reuse. Through just this small action, we can work together to ensure a cleaner environment.
Construction waste goes to our own centrally located sorting facility in Diemen.
How does the processing Get rid of construction waste?
The first step is sorting all construction waste using a grabber. We then place the sorted materials together in the correct locations. Subsequently, we transport all sorted waste streams to the designated processor.
Here, they process the waste in the most environmentally friendly and sustainable way. This ensures that no valuable raw materials are lost and that new products can be made using recycled materials. A residual fraction of the waste is incinerated. Energy recovery does, however, still take place during this process.
